Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of John LeFurgey against Peter McGregor and Michael McNeill, I have taken and seized, as the property_of the said Peter McGregor, all the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Peter McGregor and Michael McNeill, in and to 200 acres of Land, more or less, together with the Buildings and Improvements thereon, situate near Ellis River Bridge. Lot or Township No. 16, at present in the occupation of the said Peter McGregor, in Prince County, and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 25th day of January, 1868. at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £702 16s. 8d., besides Sheriff ’8 fees and incidental expenses.
