Provincials have to be better than the average to bring 2lc. Held stock | has a moderate sale, some of the best marks at 202. Pou.try.—Receipts continue liberal esp2- cially of chickens, and trade generally slow. Choice fowls are selling as well as anything | and hold fairly steady. Chickens plenty, and | as a rule meet with a slow sale. Some fancy | large northern and eastern sell in a small way | at 18 te 20c and upwards. Western range from 10 to l4c as to size and quality, but only choice large ones bring full qu 1otations. Tur Leys quite plenty and dull, especially for small young ones which are not wanted.
