For the law of heredity islorced upon us, and no man is accountable for what it inevitably entails. As for our early environment, it is of necessity also largely forced upon us at our birth, for time and place of birth, and our parentage are not matters of choice to any. Ttereaf ter the vast responsibility of parents and teachers begins, and how great itis no man can estimate. The Canadian Order of Foresters is a society that has become more favorably and widely known in our Dominion than any other Friendly Insurance Society do ing business in this country. In order to secure the attention of those who have not yet considered the superior merits of this society, the following facts are submitted. It is: ' 1. Purely Canadian. 2.
