The president occupied the chair. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted as read, and the treasurer gave her report. The different conveners gave reports of their work. A'thank-you note was reed for a gift of remembrance from a League member, also a letter from Miss Arsenault and the Mother Superior of Notre Dame. The president. Mrs. Patrick Clarkln, gave a very wonderful re- port of the Diocesan Convention, taking each session in turn and giving a very interesting and de- tailed report on each. Rev.
