Scott one of the oldest and most highly respected residents of Marshtield’ passed away to her eternal rest at the advanced age of ‘ eighty-two years. l On .\londa_v, September 26th she was stricken with a paralytic l stroke. Notwithstanding the best. medical skill and careful numinfll she gradually grew weaker and passed peacefully away on Monday. October 3rd. 1938. She proved her- self w be a devoted wife and mother. and her sweet kindlv ways endeared her to all with whom she become acquainted. She will b6 sorely missed in the home where she spent a long useful life. Three daughters and three sons are left to cherish her memory and mourn their loss. Namely. Florence lMrs. Fred W. Andrew. altyi Janet. tllirs. Cocke. Charlottwoym.) Emma. (Hrs, Leith Brown, Yorkfl Stanley and Alex- ander. Warshfield, and Charles in Detroit. also three sisters, one bro- ther and fifteen grandchildren. Her husband predeceased her eigh- teen months ago. The funeral was held from her late residence on Orober 5th and was very‘ largely attended. Services at the house and , graveside were conducted by Rev. J. A.
