HEREAS. a commission has been issued, directed to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled, “An Act to regulate the lay— ing out and altering of Highways, and of the Acts in amendment thereof.” whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those perSons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intended to be made, commencing at the South—west Road, Lot 26. at the line dividing farms omwd by Mr. John McKever and John Smith7 running North until it meets land owned by Nicholas J. Brown, Iii-«1,, thence to his mills. Now, we do lierehy give Public Notice to all parties that we will commence the execution of the said Commission hy attending at Brown’s Vale Mills.
