Both parties have agreed to e 15 percent reduction in wages for the year, dating from Dec. 16, thus bringing this important group of workers, comprising carmen, mach- inists, boiler-makers, blacksmiths, moulders, electrical and sheetmetal workers, into line with the running trades employees and a number of other bodies which have accepted similar reductions.
