Informants said it is ex- pected the U.S. delegation, which has infinitely more sources of intelligence informa- tion than the Canadians. will find the bomber threat reduced in comparison with the long- range missile menace. Such an assessment. sources said. would eventually result in a further reduction in RCAF Air Defence Command. possible to the point where only a few jet planes are kept for recon- naissance purposes.
