that a committee of tive members be appointed to prepare the said Addrau,
and it was ordered that lion. Mr. Poten, Mr. Malhiuaon, Hon. Mr. SIm| son,
Mr. liinrsnn and Hon. Mr. liughas do compose the aaid committee.
Premier Peters on the same day presented the draft of the Address ww-
pared by the committee, consisting of 14 sections and two schedules following,
and the same was unanimously adopted by the liouse.
