the campaign for the Red Triangle Fund'
opens on Tuesday next, the 7th instant'
and, in this province, will continue for a
week. It is a disadvantage no doubt that'
the campaign in the country sections is to
be conducted in the midst of the busiestl
season, when all the farmers and all theirl
help are engaged with their spring work.
This disadvantage can, however, be turned
to good account as it throws the burden of
the work largely upon the women and it is
well known that when the women take hold
of a patriotic, benevolent, charitable or
other good cause, it goes. The success of
this campaign will depend upon the man-
ner in which the various women's organi-
zations throughout the country will push
it and wc have every confidence that in this
they will show the same zeal and energy.
