This bridge will be long, and be estimated to=cost $25,000 to $30, 000. Reservoirs are to be erected along the line at St. Pierre, St. Helene, River du Ten Hadlow and St. Charles of a capacity of 50,000 gallons each. "- ow Teet a is DETAINED BY THE TipEs.—Recent advices from Rockland, Me., say that thirteen vessels loaded with lime are detained at that port by the low tides. The vessels are all ready to go to sea, and the crews are on board drawing ~ alary. The expense of each vessel is said to be $8 per day, They have already been wait- ing three days and will probably have to wait | four or five days | longer. The total expense for all thirteen vessels will be about $650.
