There are two New Brunswick schools who are members of A.F.S., there is a need for a student Eganization because the issues and problems are still with us, and being members of A.F.S. does not stop us from dealing with the Provincial government since A.F.S. policy is not binding. A.F.S. ‘ is not the main student “ organization . Instead it is a’ _ g carplementary organiz— ation to all student councils and last of all, if we are not members of NUS (National Union of Students) then P.E.I. students will be isolated from the rest of Canada. Instead of sending this recommendation back to - the Personnel Board, the Council discussed the matter and decided on a $4.00 per hour wage.
