Since the origin of the institution 185 pupils have been ad- mitted to it, of whom 129 belonged to Nova Scotia, 36 came from New Bruns» wick, 13 from Prince Edward Island, and < from Newfoundland, Some of these pupils are doing well and earning a re~ spectable living in various occupations. Tne attendance at the school for the session of 1876-7 has been 27 males and 15 females. The parties, it is expected, will meet to-morrow. Orders have been issued for the volunteers to guard their armories to-night, to-morrow and Wednesday, while the men of the different corps have been ordered to return their arms to headquar- ters.
