ANOTHER REFORM.-Last night
at the Prince Edward Theatre, the
Manager. Mr. Gallagher, remefmberilng
that many of the ladies had,hitherto»
disregarded the general screen invita-
tion to remove their hats, gave them

plntforni, asking them in the interests
of those sitting behind them to kind-
ly remove their hats. There' was a

still, remained. Between acts again
he repented the invitation and as- a
result practically all hats were nurs~

on P. E. l. The ceremony was per-
formed by Rev. Ernest S. Weeks, B.
D. of Murray Harbor, brother ol’ the
groom, assisted by RBV- H- Pierce.
B. A. of Pownal. Only a few of the
relatives and friends of the contract-
ing parties ~were piesent The bride
was dressed in a tailored travelling
suit of blue serge with hnt to match
and was unattended. The groonfs
gift to the bride was a beautiful
muskrat coat and her father’s was a
well filled purse. The bride is one
oi’ Pownal‘s finest young ladies and
will be greatly missed. The groom
is the youngest son of the late John
Weeks of Fredericton, and is one of
the most enterprising and prosper-
ous young farmers in the county.
The young couple left immediately
after luncheon for their bright new
home in Fredericton followed by the
good wishes of their many friends.
