His Excellency has been also pleased to direct that the name of James McFarlane, Esquire, be transferred from the Commission of the Peace for King’s County to the Commission of the Peace for Queen’s County. . BY virtue of a. writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued our. of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart against Bernard Toole, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bernard Toole, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bernard Toole, in and to Ninety acres of Land, more or less, situate on Lot 30, on the Green Road, bounded as follows: commencing at a stake set at the South-west angle of a tract of land on- ginally leased unto John Cairns; thence along the Eastern boundary lines of said tract unto a tract of land leased unto John White; thence along the Southern boundary of said tract, to the East side of the Appin Road, so called: thence along said road one hundred chains, or to the Green Road, so called; thence along said read to the place of commencement, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto be- longing, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public no-- ties, that 1 will, on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 1867, at 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House in Charlotte- town, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked, on the said writ, being £64 85. 6d., and 163. 8d. for: this writ, besides'Sherifl' ’s fees and incidental expenses. BY virtue ofa writ of Statute Execution to me directed, is- sued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of William Sanderson against William Penny, l. have taken and seized as the property of the said William Penny, All his right, title and freehold interest in and to 100 acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township No. 53, bounded on the north by the road leading from Head of St. Peter’s Bay to Cardigan, on the east by land in the possession of Michael Herring, and on the west by land in the possession of John McDonald, Roderick’s son, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Monday, the 19th day of August next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the old Court House in Georgetown, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of£1ll V 38. 4d., debt and costs, with interest on £7 108. from 16th .
