Gaudet returned to Tignish on Tues- day from Charlottetown after having spent about two years in that city. Mr. Gaudet has been for the last tive years caretaker' for the Dalton Fox Ranch and last March his health completely broke down causing him to give up work entirely and undergo medical treatment. Last fall when Dr. Herman broke up his show for the season Mr. and Mrs. Wiser decided to locate in Tignisb and after great de- liberation Mr. Wiser opened up a first class meat market and at first did a good business only to meet with close competition causing him to abandon the field to his rivals. The Young folks of Tignish will miss this couple very much for _while they were here they were instrumental in fostering many theatrical performances besides being very popular in the social set which caters to anyone musically in- clined.-Z.
