PUBLIC NOTICE, “ IIEREAS the undersigned, by commission bearing date the 3rd day of December, 1801,1iave been appointed to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to the owners or occupiers of the land through which it is intended to open a Road along the Boundary line of Townships Nos. 23 and 31. We do hereby give notice, that we will commenco the execution of said Commission, by attending on said Line, on WEDNESDA Y, the 8th day of MARCH next, at the hour of 11 o’clock, in the forenoon, and thence proceed along the said new line of Road and complete the said commission, in terms of the Act of 14th Vie., Cap. 1.
