     Michael Flynn, all his Right, Title and Interest, in and 
     
     to that piece or parcel of land, situate on Township No. 
     
     forty-two, (42) in King‘s County, and thus described :—— 
     
     Bounded on the North by land formerly in the occupa- 
     
     tion of Thomas Curtis; on the South by the division 
     
     line of Township Number forty-two, (42) and ﬁfty-six, 
     
     (56); on the East by land in the occupation of John 
     
     Lahey, and on the \Vest by Fortune Road. containing 
     
     seventy-eight (78) acres of land, a little more or less, 
     
     in King's County; and I do hereby give Public Notice 
     
     that I will, on Tuesday, the fourth day of January. A. D. 
     
     1870, at the old Court House, in Georgetown, in the 
     
     said County, at the hour of twelve o’clock, noon, set up 
     
     and sell, at public Auction, the said property, to satisfy 
     
     the levy marked on the said Precept, being for the sum 
     
     of, seventeen pounds ten shillings and seven-pence,

     the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled " An Act 
     
     to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways." 
     
     and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are 
     
     commanded to enquire What, damage or advantage will 
     
     accrue to those persons who are interested in the land; 
     
     through which a certain new road is intended to be 
     
     made. commencing at \Vightman’s Mills, Lot 59, and 
     
     extending to Peter’s Road, Lot 63. we do hereby give 
     
     notice to all parties concerned. that we will commence 
     
     the eXecution of the said writ by attending at Wight- 
     
     man’s mills. Lot 59. on Monday. the 26 day of July 
     
     next, at the hour of ten o’clock, in the forenoon. and 
     
     from thence we will proceed through the said new line 
     
     of road and complete the inquest according to law.
