Lonpon, Feb. 1 Reports have been received in the city of Highland floods causing devastation in Scotland. Bridges in the village of Bonar and adjacent places have been destroyed, and much other damage caused by the raging waters, Valley Kyle of Sutherland near the northern extremity of Scotland has been converted into an immense lake causing great loss to property and con- siderable distress among the people.
