Information Can- ada is a federal govern- ment agency whose major objectiVe is to make factual and useful info— rmation on federal gov- ernment programs and services more easily acc- essible to citizens. We try to provide this in- formation by responding to individuals' enquir- ies by phone, mail or directly at the centre.
