which Lerned claims is on infringement
of a patent now controlled by him
The plaintiff in this complaint alleges

of telegiaphing was Amos Emerson
Dolbear. A patent for toe i-yseui in-
vented by Dolbear was issued on the
fifth of October. 1886, to the Dolbear
Electric Telephone Company. which
