On the first evening, a wine and cheese reception will begin at 7:00 p.m., followed by a welcome from a guest speaker from the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of the French Embassy in Ottawa. The first film will begin immediately after his introduction. There will be no charge for any portion of the festival.
