Thomas White, Minister of the Interior, died at 9 o'clock to-night, of inflammation of the lungs. He was ill only one week. Mr. White was conscious until an hour before his death, and took an ittectionate farewell of the members of his amily. In consequence of the death of Mr. White it is expected that the House of Commons will adjourn on Monday till l'nesday night, and the budget speech will not be delivered until Friday. _ The body will be taken'to Montreal on Cuesday morning and the funeral will take place on Wednesday.
