Also all that piece or parcel of Land, commencing at a stake set for the north-west angle of one hundred acres of land in possession of' John Campbell, from thence by a line running cast for the distance often chains. twenty-eight links, thence south, ninety-seven chains and thirty links, or to the South-east angle of said one hundred acres, thence west ten chains and twenty-eight links, thence north to the stake at place of commencement, containing One Hundred: Acres of' Land, a little more or less, and is part of Lot or TOWnship No. 8. in County and Island aforesaid. Also, all that piece or parcel of' Land. bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say :—'—eonnnencing at a stake set in the south side of' the road leading from the B are River to the Main Western Road, thence from said river running to the nortlreast, along said road for the distance of ten chains and seventy-five links, or to a stake set in the south side of'said 1' 'ad. from thence running south sixty-onechains,or to the north boundary lineof' McLean’s Mill Farm, thence west along so id line to said river, thence following down said River to the road at the place ot'comincnccment, containing Fifty- seven Aeres of Land, a little more or less, and is part of Lot or Township No. 9, in County and Island aforesaid. Also, all that piece or parcel of Land, bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say :——commencing at a stake set in the north side of the road leading from the Brae Settlement to Pierre Jacques, from thence running along the north side of said road such a distance as will make ten hains west, and from these two last described points run- ning two parallel lines north for the distance of'one hundred chains. containing an area of One Hundred Acres of Land. a little more or less, now in the possession of'Jolm McKinnon, and is part of Lot or Township No. 9, in County and Island aforesaid. _ Also, allthat piece or parcel of Land, bounded and des— cribed as follows, that is to say :———bounded and fronting on upper Ellis River on the south : on the west by land in pos- session or Alexander Allen and Ilugh (iillis ; on the east by 1 land in the possession of Michael Malone, and on the north by the division line of Lots numbers Fourteen and Sixteen, and containing an area of' One Hundred Acres of Land, more or less, at present in the occupation of Larrisay, and is part of Lot or Township Number Sixteen, in County and Island aforesaid, or as much thereof’as will satisfy the respective levies marked on the said writ as aforesaid, be— sides Shcrifi"s fees and all incidental expenses. Also, all that piece or parcei of Land commencing at a stake fixed on Archibald (iillis’ South line, running thence South, sixty chains; thence East twenty-five chains; thence North sixty chains; thence following the said Archibald Gillis’ said line westwardly to the place of commencement, and is part of' Township Number Twenty-six. Molasses, Oatmeal and Seal Oil. All these articles are required to be of the best quality. Ten- ders must express the price per pound and gallon in the currency of this Island, and be accompanied by the names of two sufficient Securities for the performance of the contract.
