Tomlins aged 59 well known commercial traveller and for the past 20 years a compete t and Val- ued employee of the Rogers Hard- ware Company of the city. Mr. Tomllns. who covered the Is- iand for many years as a travelling salesman for P. W. Turner and Co. was well and favourably known among the business fraternity. with whom he had dealings. in every village and hamlet of the province. Becoming suddenly ill as he was having his evening meal. he passed away before medical aid could be summoned. Mr. Tomlins was a member of Saint John's Lodge AF. and A.M.. Aleandra Chapter of Royal Arch Masons and Phllae Temple. Order of the Mystic shrine. Halifax. N. S The only immediate surviving relative is Mr. R. N. Tomlins. re- tired baker. who lives in the city.
