Newfoundland, has given Notice. that from the 30th day of November. 1869, the following alteration will take place in the light on the North end of Harbor Grace Island. Conception Bay: The fixed while light will be changed to a revolving light showing two white flashes, followed by one red flash, the interval between each flash being thirty seconds Mexico. FIXED LIGHT AT GOATZACOALCOS RIVER. The United States Government has given Notice, that afixcd white light 18 exhibited from the old Look-out tower on the West side of the entrance of Goatzacoalcos riVer. about half a mile from the beach. and in clear weather should be seen from a distance of12 miles.
