In ad- ilressing the students he congrat- plated in a special manner the graduates of grtlde ted. He told (hem that while they might not have appreciated many of the things in connection with their school days. as time went on they would recognize the importance of those things and Is the years .011 by they would retain many nappy memories of their days in the convent. He told them that while they may have made sacri- iices at times in order to go on with their studies, that that was the kind of education that was really worth while. He expressed the hope that their vacation would be pleasant and that they would return in the fall strong in body and mind and ready to take up their studies again. In enumerating the various projects of the league, Mrs. De- laney said that it contributed to a scholarship fund which had al- ready been won by two Summer- slde girls. She said "Your graduation from grade ten is really the first stem in your education.
