In New Brnnswick,a Province very much
like our-own, they have the niost satisfactory
niot<»r_._._regulation in act America.
Briefly this Act provides that each driver
must have a license, the feefor which ranges
from $5 to $25. The driver must stop his
car or engine if the driver of the team holds' up
villages, towns, rounding curves, crossing
roads, bridges, etc., are regulated. A violation
of these regulations incurs _heavy penaltiestin-
cluding suspension of license.

and one is soon to be started in
S. ]ohn, NIB. This ineans that
many of our mechanics will go

enough work for them at home.
A factory here would build up
our home Province, provide
work for the unemployed, in-
crease our population, mean
more money in circulation and
add to thc wealth ‘of the I’rov-
ince. '
