The usual cluse sub- jects were studied while singing and play served as a pleasing relaxation. The teliching staff this year included such well known educationalists as Prof. Fuiler of Old Town, Maine,'Mlssy Hackett. supervisor of drawing in the. schools of Boston; Prof McLar_ty who. is to take charge of the Rural Sciencel work next year; Prof. McC§eady tea cher of Rural Science; Mr. L. W. Wat- son, who had charge of Nat'ure Study and Prof. Barlow who assisted Miss Hackett. All the classes were lec- tured once by Prof. Shaw, the acting Superintendent of Education. Taken. on the whole it was a very successful and enjoyable session.
