Proceedings commenced at 2.30 pm. (standard time) with I parade of Legion veterans. Girl Guides and school children. The parade was led by the boys hand of the Queen Charlotte High School of Charlottetown. The parade was under the com- mand of parade marshal Neil Macintosh.
