PARTICULARS oiencclnlzivr- One of the most serious accidents, apart from death occured here Thursday evening, when Master Francis O'Brien. the 4 year old son of Mrs. and Mr. Frank O'Brien. Dorchester St. was thrown from a runaway team dragging him almost two blocks with one foot caught in thc wheel. It appears the little fel- low got into the rig on Pownal St. drove the horse up along Sydney St. [t was there the animal took fright. throwing him from the wagon. The runaway was caught on Queen Street by Mr. Ramsay and the O'Brien child takenlfrom the wheel. Mr. Livingston from Fal- conwood Hospital came along in the meantime. accompanied by a nurse from that Hospital and they took the child in their car to Dr. McMil- iarrs office, where he was promptly attended to. It is said no bones are broken, but hc is very badly bruised about the nose, mouth and face. His teeth were extracted. Both the par- cnts of this child as were members of the mother and father's families. are very thankful to those who hap- pened on-this scene in time to save him. so that hc was brought home in life and not in death.
