     opportunity to apologise , 
     
     for as many people so 
     
     willingly, pointed out - it 
     
     wasn't to great. Well, I 
     
     realize . that . ‘ But , 
     
     hopefully,_if some of those 
     
     people. would be willing to 
     
     spend some-time working with 
     
     us, .I’m “sure we could 
     
     improve the quality of the
