The usual sports and games were indulged in. The Sunday School are indcbltd to Mr. J. F. Arnei: for ice cream and bananas-S. irig story is rather hard to believe but is nevertheless a fact. Mr. Fred Simmons of Wilmot was bitten by a fox in his ranch about a year ago. when the dog bit him Mr. Simmons struck him‘ and evidently knocked cff a piece of his tooth which remained imbedded in his finger. The finger festered some- what but Mr. Simmons did not see a doctor but healed it. himself. Gradually it got better but would break out again every now and then, especially when Mr. Simmons was workng with a hoe oi- garden fork. Tne first case was a party from Alber- i-on charged with having liquor in his possession. he was found guilty and fined $200 and costs. Another party from Alberion on a similar charge was found guilty but. the case was adjourned for one week for judgment. Three cases against parties near Summerslde charged with consuming liquor were each fined $10 and cosfs. A case against n party from Borden for handling liquor contrary to the Prohibition Act was adjourned until Thursday. Mr. Noonan prosecuted all cases. —s.
