In the 1980’s, Thomas Monaagh, founder and president of Domino’s madea personal donation of $50,000 tothe Michigan State Committee to End Tax Funded Abortions. Domino’s Canadian President stresses that this was a personal donation, and doesn’t represent the views of Domino’s. Vera Hrebacka of the pro-choice network says that Dominos is putting a lot of money into the pro-life movement, and plans to boycott. Carleton S.U. president Richard Stanton feels that a student boycott would not be productive since the proceeds from Domino sales on campus go toward Student Services, except for 5% royalty and 2.5% advertising fees.
