tumn leaves and beautiful flowers,

bell of golden-rod. After the recep-
tion a dainty repast was served in
the dining room, after which the
happy couple were whirled away in
an auto amid showers of rice and
confetti. The wedding gifts were both
numerous and costly. It is the sin-
cere urish of the l.ride’a many friends,
that her wedded life may be as full
of sunshine as that of her wedding

A very pretty home wedding was
witnessed at the Manse, Murray Har-
bor North, on Wednesday, Sept 22nd
at seven p. m. when Miss Helen Sage
Gray was united in marriage to Lem-
uel A. Kennedy of Murray Harbor
West. As the closing strains of
Wyman's Wedding Bells Mnirch, were
sounded forth, the 'bride entered the
beautifully decorated parlor, lwining
on the arm of her father, who placed
her by the side of the groom, nrisi-or
is lovely arch of tinted ivy and gold-
en rod. The marilage ceremony was
performed in the presence of twenty-
tive or more guests, the immediate
relatives ~oi` the contracting; parties.
The father of the bride the Rev .Antl-
rew Gray olliciated. The bride was
very prottily attired in or dainty
gown of white point d’sprit, over
white taiieta, with rich lace trim
ed by her sister Miss Annie, who also
wore a dainty gown of white. The
groom was supported by his brother
Roulston. '1‘he britle's presents were
numerous, useful and costly, several
of them being from friends at ni dis-
tance. A bountiful wedding supper

propriate music, vocal and instru-

couple left for the mainland where
