      partied
      hard

      little
      bittoo.

      X-Press

      delegates
      present,
      well,
      sometimes
      when
      I
      wasn’t
      running

      minutes

      topic

      this
      regional
      was,
      of
      course,
      CUP

      in

      ber
      just
      outside
      Montreal.
      Topics
      covered
      this
      weekend

      the
      media,
      minorities
      on
      staff,
      the
      new
     
     
      C+
      contract
      proposal
      and
      all
      the
      usual
      information
      filled
      stuff
     
     
      covered
      these
      things.
      There
      were
      only
      three
      papers
      missing
      at
     
     
      this
      conference,
      those
      being
      The
      Watch,
      The
      Picaro
      (again)
      and
     
     
      The
      Queue.
      The
      next
      regional
      is
      tentatively
      scheduled
      for
     
     
      February
      19-21
      atthe
      Muse
      in
      Newfoundland.
