years and was well and favorably known.

charged with the larceny of a fur ruff

Mclntyre swore that she had not
been in the store the day the
ru’l’ was stolen. Her evidence was
in direct contradiction to the evidence
of a number of employees of the firm. She
was sent up for trial at the next term of
the Supreme Court.

butter. Crapsud harbor was almost
