What a Unitarian Minister Has to fay ‘ Abeut Carada. An Albany, N. Y., despatch says: Dr. Wm. M. The proclamation of President Cleveland at the time of the Venezuelan disturbance wrought a revolution almost ia a day in the Dominion of Canada in regard toa union with the United States, so that, from @ general growing sentiment toward aunion there came a universal feeling of separation; if not repulsion, toward this country.
