The cries issued from « build- ing formerly known as the Mansiun House. A man climbed to the balcony, smashed the windows, and alleges that he witnessed a case of atteinp ed imlecent assault. The hall door leading up the staire being locked it was broken open ‘ihe young man was arrested and taken to the police station and the girl was also taken there. A warrant was taken out agaiast the young man and he was ssat to the county jail—bail being refused. The accused ia John D.
