The Object of the Associationl The Superiority oi the Native
is to safeguard the investor at home and
abroad. T o this end it has collected and
placed on fyle the history and pedigrees
of the foxes owned by Companies or.iii-
dividuals who wished to avail themselves
of the' PR_O'l`EC'l` ION and PUBLICITY
afforded by the Association. In a live
stock proposition the important point is
“quality and pedigree.
P.`E. Island Silver Fox `
is proven absolutely by figures submitt-
ed by London Fur Houses. In 1910 the
average pelt value of wild and ranch bred
foxes was '$414.1-37. lu the same year
twenty seven pelis shipped from P. F.. Is-
land ranches averaged $1,365.05. Not
only is our soil and climate admirably
suited for thc production of fine fur, but
years of domesi ication have improved the
fibre of the fur and the texture of the pelt.

sociation registers the facts, keeps records of thc traiisfei's of sale, and ipso facto
