Liberal Women Continue Session OTTAWA (CP) -- The National Federation of Liberal Women Wed- ncsday night said Liberal women's clubs had approved the principle or equal pay for equal work in ISI47, and objected to a statement that the principle had been imple- mcntcd through efforts of organiz- aiions outside the federation. A release made available to the press following a closed session of the NFLW convention hcrc did not indicate to what statement or which organizations the discussion referred. The release said Liberal womens clubs had approved the equal pay principle by resolution in 1947. It also stated the clubs supported the l.i!mr.-ii administration "in its cf- forts to implement this principle by the example provided in a re- cent ruling that there shall be c(ui:il pay for equal work in all institutions under federal jurisdic- lion."
