He urged upon the members the necessity of doing something to secure an improved condition of affairs in Charlottetown so far as the/ traffic in intoxicants is concerned. The anniversary meetings at the Salva- tion Army yesterday, led by A. K. H, McG llivray and the resident offisers, were very successful. The most interesting feature to-night will be the barbell exercise by the junior soldiers. The Salvation Army has now been in operation in Charlottetown for thirteen year+.During that time handreds have pro fessed conversion in the meetings.
