MacI..ean. presided and the secretary, M.J. MncQuaid, read the minutes of the last meeting and the financial statement, which were approved as read. A nominating committee con- sisting of W. W. Haynes, W. S. Mclntyre. Reid Underhay. and J. H Brennan were appointed by the president to submit a listovf names for directors for the coming year. The slate submitted by the com- mittee was as follows: Bernard Massey. W. S. Mclntyre. W. A. Ryan. Peter Mclnnis. Chesteri Me- Gaugh. Neil Maccormack. R. L. Burge. Raymond MacDonald.
