Also, all the equitable interest of Donald McAulay, in and to Pasture Lots Nos. 212, 222, 234. 245. 246 and 303 in the Royalty of Georgetown. with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereon, andI do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 18th day of February, 1868, at the Court House, In Georgetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the almVe re- cited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £499 12s. 6d. debt, with interest thereon from the first day of August, 1862, until paid, and £3 16s. 8d. costs, also, 16$.8d. for writ, besides Sheriff’s fees, poundage and all other incidental expenses.
