Someirs, di‘awi.ng her earthly ‘life to" a close, after 9. sojourn of almost seventy-three years. Born Margaret Jane Paynter in New London on May 30th., 1885, she was the daughter of Bernard Paynter and Annie Jaick Pay-nter. The first number of years of her marriied life she lived in Griahamis Road and Summerfield, later moving to Nonbono, where by the relentless and ulnt-iring ef- fonts of her and her husband made for themselves and their family one of the finest homes in the district. Aiflter 1 tragic accident which claimed the lives of her two their farm in Pleasant Valley, later to Bonshaw where she’ pass ed peacefully away on the above date. There are left to cherish her memory, her husband, Mir. Jam- es E. Somers, Annie (Mrs. John R. Burgoyne), New London, Roy, White Sands, Eletha (Mrs. Hollis Ciatmeron), Summeirsid-e, Helen (Mrs. W. M. Wright), Green- wood, N‘.S., Eiarle and Allison at home and Vernon at Camp (Stage- torwu, N.B., twenty-lfour grand- children and eleven greatigra«nd- children, two sisters Miss Lulu - Paynter, of New London, and Charles MacRiae of Spring Brook and a brother Lorne in Ontario. Four of her family predeceas- ed her, Eric and his were drown- ed in June, 1927.‘ Lulu, Mrs. W. R. Cameron passed away in May 1944. and Olaude’s diealih in Nov- Bmiber, 1947. was the result of a triaffic accident. The funeral was held on Wed- nesdia-y aifibernootn with 1 short servii-ce at her late residence con- ducted by Rev. Mr. Oharman, followed by ‘service in Summer- ifield United Cfhunch. with Rev. L. M.
