      paramedics
      -
      Sebastien
      Valade
     
     
      and
      Martin
      Gariépy
      -
      were
      tak-
     
     
      ing
      a
      break
      in
      their
      ambulance
     
     
      when
      approached
      by
     
     
      Montrealer
      Christopher
     
     
      Vaillancourt
      for
      assistance.
     
    

    
     
      Vaillancourt
      and_

      friend
      Janin
      Folchitto
      had
      been
      |
      to
      the
      hospital,
      which
      was
      "only
     
     
      at
      a
      Montreal
      discotheque
      when

      two
      traffic
      lights
      away."
      After
     
     
      Folchitto
      collapsed
      because
      h
      ing
      the
      two
      on
      their

      settle

      case,

      recommended
      that
      the

      thirteen

      spotted

      In
      a
      last
      effort,
      the
      two
      sought
      to
     
     
      appeal
      but,
      once
      again,
      the
      court
     
     
      decided
      to.
      support
      the
      earlier
     
     
      court's
