Field Hockey Martha McCardle has been a strong all- round player this year, and is always a very determined competitor. Diana scored 3 goals this year, which tied her for second in scoring, and was only one goal behind the leading scorer. Diana is a graduate from Charlottetown Rural High School, and is currently in her 3rd year of the Arts program, with a major in Sociology. Field Hockey Kirsten Currie is an extremely versa- tile player, who as earned many awards of recognition. Kirsten was named a Ist Team All-Canadian, an AUS All-Star, and was the winner of the Gail Wilson Award in the AUS. Kirsten is a graduate from Yorkton Regional High School, and is currently in her 3rd year of the Science pro- gram, with a major in Psychology. Players da Semana Kenny Duncan: Male The male player of week ten of the sports season is Kenny Duncan. Kenny played two strong games this weekend, leading the men's basketball team to victory over UCCB, which puts the team off to a 2-0 start of the season. Saturday Kenny scored 21 pts and added 5 rebounds, including one thunderous dunk. On Sunday, Kenny scored 10 pts and had 7 rebounds. Kenny is a graduate from Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Guelph, and is currently in his 3rd year of the Arts program, with a major in English. Katherine Walters: Female The female player of week ten of the sports season is Katherine Walters. Katherine had two solid games on the weekend, despite facing a tough UCCB basketball team. At the home opener on Saturday, Katherine scored 17 pts and added 5 rebounds, and fol- lowed that game with another good showing as she scored 14 pts and 5 rebounds on Sunday’s performance.
