     ' d1rccted,issu‘ed out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court 
     
     of Judicature, attire suit of John McMurdo Cannon, 
     
     John Alexander Black and John Hoosee Barry, against 
     
     Joseph Wightman, I have taken and seized, as the p_ro~ 
     
     petty of the said Joseph lVightman, All the Right, title 
     
     and freehold interest of the said Joseph Wightman, 1n 
     
     and to all that tract of land 0n Lot 52. near Montague 
     
     Bridge, commencing on the west side of Montague road, 
     
     at the North-boundaryof land in possession of Man- 
     
     eah Rowe, and bounded on the South by said boundary, 
     
     bearing south 74dg. 30min west for the distance of seven- 
     
     ty-eight feet, bounded on the West by a line running 
     
     thence North for a distance of seventy~two (72) feet and 
     
     bounded on the East by Montague Road aforesaid, 
     
     havinga front thereon extending from the aforesaid 
     
     place of commencement of seventy (70) feet. and bound- 
     
     ed on the North for a distance of sixty-four (64) feet 
     
     by a line. if continued, that would intersect the rear line 
     
     at a distance of eleven (11) feet North from the angle 
     
     of sa-‘fdnty-two (72) feet aforesaid. and bounded thence 
     
     by ‘Ifightline to said angle at seventytwo (72) feet, 
     
     making a distance of twenty feet as the angle from the 
     
     west end of the sixty~four (64) feet to the angle of 
     
     seventy—two (72) feet or rear line of the land. Also, 
     
     all that tract ofland being a small Island known by the 
     
     name Thrum Cap, situate in Albion Bay, including an 
     
     area of three acres. a little more or less. which said tract 
     
     of land or Island is particularly marked on a plan or 
     
     survey of reserved lands adjoining Royalty of George- 
     
     town, and kept in the Office of Registrar of Deeds. Al- 
     
     so, all that piece ofland in Lot sixty-four, commencing 
     
     at a stake fixed on the North bank of'South River, twen- 
     
     ty-eight links east of the wharf; thence Northdtld‘eg. 
     
     west eighty-eight links; thence West 3deg. South one 
     
     hundred and thirty links; thence West SOdg. North one 
     
     hundred and thirty-seven links; thence North 12d'eg. 
     
     east two hundred and forty-eight links; thence East 
     
     Sideg. north. seven hundred and seventy-eight links to 
     
     the shore of South River, and thence following courses 
     
     ofshore to place of commencement. containing two acres 
     
     and 13-16 a little more or less. Also, all that piece of 
     
     land in Lot fifty-nine, commencing on the outh side of 
     
     Whim Road, on said Lot 59. and on the division line 
     
     between the Iormer properties of the Trustees of Lord 
     
     Selkirk and the Messrs. Montgomery,it runs from thence 
     
     along said line in a southerly direction until it strikes 
     
     boundary of Lot sixty-one; thence along said boundary 
     
     cast for the distance of six chains and twenty-five links; 
     
     thence North to the” Whim Road, and thence to place 0 f 
     
     commencement. containing fifty acres. more or less.

     to the said Joseph Wightman by Deed from Sir Graham 
     
     Montgomery. commencing at a square stake fixed on 
     
     the north side of Whim Road in the'w.est;boundary of 
     
     land in the possession of Joseph Wightman and, run- 
     
     ning by meridian of One thousand seventeen hundred 
     
     and sixty-four; thence North for distance of twenty- 
     
     four chains; thencea West ten chains; thence South one 
     
     chain and eighty-six links; thence West eight chains 
     
     and eighty links; thence, North ten chains; thence West 
     
     forty chains‘and forty links; thence South to Whim 
     
     Road aforesaid; thence Eastwardly along said road to 
     
     place'of commencement. containing two hundred acres, 
     
     more or less. Also, all that other piece of land in 
     
     Lot 59.. Commencing, at a stake fixed on West side of 
     
     road leading from Montague River to Murray Harbor, in 
     
     the south boundary 'of land formerly in occupation of 
     
     Thomas Parson‘s ; thence running West eighteen chains 
     
     and ten links ; thence South twenty-two chains and 
     
     fifteen links 01- to the Whim Road; thence East along 
     
     said read sixteen chains on to road leading to Murray 
     
     Harbor aforesaid, thence along said road to place of 
     
     commencement. containing thirtyvseVen acres, more or 
     
     less. Also, all that other piece of land in Lot 59, com- 
     
     mencing at a. stake fixed in south-east corner of tract 
     
     of land demised to Alex’r McDonald and running west

     srde W'ater Street, at the north-west corner of water 
     
     Lot number twenty-two, in said Town ; thence running 
     
     southerly along western boundary lme of said Lot, one 
     
     hundred feet; thence at right angles westwardly sixty- 
     
     two feet until it meets a Street laid out in said Town 
     
     called Wood Street; thence along said \Vood Street 
     
     northwardly until it meets Water Street aforesaid; 
     
     thence along said last mentioned Street eastwardly to 
     
     the stake or place of commencement. Also, all that 
     
     piece of marsh land purchased by said Joseph \Vighc. 
     
     man from Cummings, in the year 1837, commencing at 
     
     a square post fixed at a small creek at the head ofmarsh, 
     
     thence following various courses of the margin between 
     
     the upland and marsh westwardly and south westwardly 
     
     to nstake on the point of upland on the shores of Albion 
     
     Ba ; thence South 45deg. east to channel of said creek; 
     
     thence following various courses up the same to place 
     
     of commencement. containing six acres and one rood. 
     
     Also, all that tract of land at St. Andrews Point. Lot 
     
     fifty-nine. commencing on the west side of the old 
     
     French burying-ground, on the south" side of Montague 
     
     River; thence bounded by land in thc'occnpation of 
     
     Roger Westaway, south 50° west thirty-eight chains; 
     
     thence also bounded by \Vestaway’s land south 30° 
     
     west seventeen chains and fifty links; thence bounded 
     
     by land purchased by Edward Thornton. south 55 3 cast 
     
     thirty-one chains and fifty links. to Albion Bay; thence 
     
     along shore to place of commencement. being bounded 
     
     by Albion Bay and Montague River, containing. exclu¥

     commencing on the North bank of ltollo Bay, at the 
     
     south-west angle of Simon Burke’s farm, and thence 
     
     south-west along said bank for the distance of four 
     
     chains and seventeen links ; thence north 69 0 cast six 
     
     chains and fifty links; thence north 80 0 east sixty-three 
     
     chains and fifty links, to the rear of John Ressitcr’s 
     
     farm; thence northerly along said rear four chains and 
     
     thirty links; thence south 80° west sixtythree‘chains 
     
     and fifty links, or until it meets the south line of Fidell 
     
     Deagle‘s farm. and thence south 60° west along the 
     
     said Fidell Deaglc's south line to the said bank of be- 
     
     ginning. being the northermost part of the globe and 
     
     school land in Lot forty-four, containing thirty acres of 
     
     land. a little more or less. Also. Town Lots Nos. 4, 
     
     9 and 13. 2d Range, Letter A, in Georgetown; Water 
     
     Lot No. 22, in Georgetown ; Pasture Lots Nos. 30and 
     
     127, in the Royalty of Georgetown, with the IIOuscs, 
     
     Out-houses and all Buildings on the Said several and 
     
     reSpective pieces of land, all in King’s County; and I. 
     
     do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Thursday, 
     
     the Twenty-second day of June. A. D. 18?], at the hour 
     
     of one o’clock, p. m., at the Court House, in George- 
     
     town. in the said County. set up and sell. at Public 
     
     Auction. the above recited property, or: as much there- 
     
     of as will satisfy the leVy marked on the said Writ. 
     
     being for the sum of Two thousand seven hundred and 
     
     forty-five pounds twelve shillings and three-'pence,‘andI 
     
     interest on Two thousand and seVenty-seveu pounds" 
     
     seven shillings and one-penny, from the Fifth day. of 
     
     December last, (1868) till paid, also Sheriff 's fees and
