STILL UNCONSCIOUS — Mrs. Hiram Bertram of Hunter River was in an unconscious condition in hospital last night. more than 36 hours after she was thrown from a wagon when the horse bolted Monday. She was believed to be suffering from a fractured skull. The animal suddenly bolted when frightened by a passhg bicyclist. The wagon. occupied by Mrs. Bertram and her daughter who were proceeding from Hunter River. about 14 miles from the city. to New Glasgow, struck the ditch. throwing the occupants heavily to the ground. Mrs. Ber- tram was rushed to a city hospital by a doctor who rendered first aid after being summoned to the scene. The daughter escaped scr- ious injury. _i._ Mr. J. A.
