Y virtue of a \Vrit of Fieri Faeias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature, at the suit of John Longworth against William Rattenbury, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Rattenbury, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said William Rattenbury in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate on Town- ship No. sixty-seven, and bounded as follows, that is to say : by a line commencing at a square post fixed in the North-east side of the old Malpeque Road, at 3 chains or thereabouts Sonth- east of a small brook ; it runs thence North 81 and a-halt degrees East ten chains; thence South 50 degrees East 6 chains and 18 links; thence South eighty-eight degrees East. till it meetsthe dirision line between Townships No. 21 and No. sixty- seven ; thence North along the said line to the Southern boundary of Township No. 20; thence \Vest along the said boundary to the old Malpeque Road aforesaid; and thence alongside the said Road South-easterly. back to the place at commencement.
